DANDRIDGE, Tenn., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- July is National Baked Bean Month and at family picnics from Maine to California baked beans will be on the menu.
In the days of Puritan New England, the Pilgram settlers didn't have the pleasure of Sunday picnics but they did enjoy baked beans. By necessity.
