NFS SERVICES LTD. PURCHASES THE STOCK OF
NUCLEAR FUEL SERVICES, INC. FROM TEXACO
ERWIN, Tenn., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- NFS Service, Ltd., a Georgia limited partnership, today announced it has purchased the stock of Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., from Texaco.
Nuclear Fuel Services will continue to operate its manufacturing facility at Erwin, Tenn. and key operating management will be headquartered there. The purchase of the stock follows the agreement for execution of the stock sale, which was announced in February 1987. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
