ARLINGTON, Va., PARIS, and NEW YORK, June 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Hagler Bailly, Inc. (Nasdaq/NNM: HBIX) and Cap Gemini S.A. (French Bourse: CAP) and its wholly owned subsidiary Cap Gemini America, Inc. announced today that they have entered into an exclusive joint venture to deliver information technology consulting services and solutions to electric, gas and water utilities and service providers in the U.S. and Canada.
The joint venture, known as Cap Gemini Hagler Bailly L.L.C., will be owned equally by Hagler Bailly and Cap Gemini America. The partners will each invest capital in the venture and transfer key senior professionals to it. Concurrently with the creation of ...
