The independant POLICE COMPLAINTS AUTHORITY is to supervise an investigation into a fatal collision on the A1 in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire today.
A Hendon man died after his Renault car was hit by a Vauxhall Calibra, at the Stirling Corner roundabout. The Vauxhall had allegedly been stolen yesterday.
The Calibra was being followed by a marked Vauxhall Astra police car at the time.
