HARRISBURG, Pa., June 25 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Ridge, Community and Economic Development Secretary Sam McCullough today announced the approval of more than $13.1 million in community development grants to fund local projects in 56 counties.
