JACK WINTER TO CHANGE NAME TO 'WINJAK'
MILWAUKEE, June 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The chairman of the board of Jack Winter Inc., Jack A. Winter, reported today at the company's annual meeting that the shareholders voted to change the name of the company to "WinJak, Inc."
He stated that the name Jack Winter had always been associated with quality fashion sportswear and will continue to be used in the same manner. However, it was felt that a new name would be more representative of the expanded operations and possible future growth potential of the company.
