Sherilyn Mandelbaum has heard it all: Poor voice quality. Weak projection. Heavy accents that make it difficult for audiences to understand the speaker.
For many people, such issues are minor inconveniences. But for doctors who need to keep patients well-informed, or for business leaders in the communications age, they can be serious problems.
