ST. LOUIS, July 6 /PRNewswire/ -- D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc. (Nasdaq: DKWD) today announced that agreement has been reached with Anthem Prescription Management, Inc. (Anthem) for a three-year renewal of their primary supply agreement which became effective August 1, 1996. Anthem Prescription Management, Inc. of Mason, Ohio is one of the nation's leading prescription benefit management companies and is D&K Healthcare Resources, Inc.'s largest customer, with sales totaling approximately $41 million in fiscal 1997 and $57 million in the nine months ended March 31, 1998.
