BENTONVILLE, Ark. (FNS) -- Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., has entered an agreement for the acquisition of Super Saver Warehouse Club, Inc.
Charles Self, Wal-Mart vice president of finance, said the purchase will be made in cash but an exact price has not been determined.
