The Child Support Agency achieved or bettered every one of its performance targets for the first time in its five-year history - but there is still need for further improvement, it was announced today.
New figures released today from the CSA's 1997/98 Annual Report show the Agency met or exceeded its targets in a year of considerable change.
CSA kept pace with rapidly rising intakes in all key areas of work as well as reducing its backlog of outstanding maintenance applications by more than half.
