MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 20, 1998--The international law firm of Greenberg Traurig today announced that it has joined forces with Atlanta-based Katz, Smith & Cohen, one of the largest entertainment law firms in the country, whose client roster includes George Jones, B.B. King, Willie Nelson, George Strait and Jimmy Buffett.
With this transaction, the Katz, Smith & Cohen group gains access to the extensive corporate, real estate, international and tax practices of Greenberg Traurig.
