BASF Aktiengesellschaft, Ludwigshafen, Germany, has sold a further holding of 35 percent in Comparex Informationssysteme GmbH, Mannheim, Germany, to Persetel Deutschland Holding GmbH, but will retain a 25 percent holding in Comparex. Persetel Deutschland Holding GmbH is a subsidiary of Persetel Q Data Holdings Ltd., a South African company. Persetel has had a minority holding of 40 percent in Comparex since 1996.
