WILMINGTON, Del., July 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Ionic Fuel Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFTI) today announced it signed a memorandum of understanding establishing a formal business alliance with BP Energy. The alliance creates a basis of cooperation for the application of the Company's environmental and combustion technology to existing and potential clients of BP Energy.
The Company manufactures a proprietary product, the "IFT System", designed to reduce harmful combustion emissions, increase fuel efficiency and reduce combustion related maintenance costs.
