James F. Hardymon, chairman of Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT), has been elected to the board of directors of Lexmark International, Inc. and its parent company, Lexmark International Group, Inc. (NYSE: LXK). Hardymon, 63, has been chairman of Textron since January 1993.
