WICHITA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 3, 1998--A new management team for Hoechst's global polyester business was announced today by the consortium recently formed to acquire the company. The consortium, comprised of Wichita, Kansas-based Koch Industries, Inc., and the businesses of Isaac Saba and his sons of Mexico City, will become one of the world's leading polyester producers.
Isaac Saba has been selected to serve as the new company's first chairman. The chairmanship will be rotated between the two partners.
