PALM DESERT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 3, 1998--Palm Desert Art, Inc. (formerly Database Technologies, Inc., (OTC:DBTC)), a Delaware Corporation whose common stock is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board, announced that effective immediately the new trading symbol for the Company is "PDAP" and the new cusip number for the shares of common stock is 69661M-106.
The new symbol and cusip number are due to a change in the company's name to Palm Desert Art, Inc., as well as a 10-for-1 reverse stock split that took effect on July 31, 1998.
