NEW YORK, Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today assigned its single-'A'-plus rating to Texas State University System Board of Regents' $17.42 million revenue bonds series 1998, $93.95 million revenue bonds series 1998A, and $53.09 million revenue refunding bonds series 1998B.
