WESTBURY, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 10, 1998--Lifetime Hoan Corporation (NASDAQ NM:LCUT) today announced that it had acquired Roshco, Inc., a privately held bakeware and baking-related products company, located in Chicago.
Roshco, Inc. sells better quality bakeware products primarily to department stores and specialty stores, such as May Department Stores, Federated Department Stores and Bed, Bath & Beyond. Roshco had revenues of approximately $10 million for 1997. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings.
