SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 1998--SanDisk Corp. (NASDAQ:SNDK) announced today that a United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of California in San Francisco has denied a Lexar Lexar motion to dismiss SanDisk's patent infringement complaint. The action was filed against Lexar on March 23, 1998.
Lexar's motion requested sanctions against SanDisk and dismissal of the complaint for SanDisk's alleged failure to perform an adequate prefiling investigation prior to filing its infringement action against Lexar.
