PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 11, 1998--Scottsdale Scientific Inc. (Symbol: STDS), through their wholly owned subsidiary, NutriCology Inc., Tuesday announced the signing of their first distribution agreement south of the equator with Aplacom, Assessoria, Plancjamento e Comercio Ltda. of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Aplacom, established in 1984, was the first and so far the only importer to have a team of biochemists, pharmacists and nutritionists to serve medical professionals with technical information and a responsive "help desk." Aplacom was also the first distributor to introduce mineral hair analysis into the Brazilian Marketplace.
