Golden Bear Golf, Inc. ("Golden Bear" or the "Company") (Symbol:JACK) was named a defendant in a class action lawsuit filed August 12, 1998, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, CV 98-5180 (NG), on behalf of all purchasers of the Company's securities from the date of it's IPO on August 1, 1996, through and including July 27, 1998 (the "Class Period").
