IRVINE, Calif., Aug. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- The Singapore Trade Development Board has bestowed its highest honor, the International Trade Award, to BAX Global.
BAX Global was recognized for "outstanding achievements" and "significant contributions to the nation's international trade" at the Trade Development Board's biennial awards gala in Singapore.
With exports of goods and services accounting for over half of Singapore's gross domestic product, the award highlights the importance of international trade to the country's growth, according to Trade Development Board Chief Executive Officer Barry Desker.
