China Lanxing Chemical Cleaning Corporation and Hunan Lichen Co., Ltd. have recently signed an agreement on integrating the asset management to give full play to the advantages of both sides and establish the biggest detergent base in Central and South China.
Lanxing will ensure the normal production of Lichen and put necessary renovation capital and circulating capital to conduct technical renovation, readjust product structure and transform operational mechanism in the company.
