Article: Cabec Energy Corp. Subsidiary Plastic Pallet Production, Inc. Announces Signing of Letter of Intent with Mexican Injection Molding Company

DALLAS, Aug. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- PPP Inc., a subsidiary of Cabec Energy Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: CBNR), and Envases Plasticos Del Centro, S.A. DE C.V. (EPC), located in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P., Mexico, have entered into a letter of intent to set up a pallet production line at their manufacturing plant in Mexico. EPC will purchase a PPP Inc. molding machine system and molds for the production of 20,000 40" X 48" block pallets per month. Production is scheduled to begin in December 1998.

The production line will have the capability to increase production to 100,000 pallets per month, which is projected by the end of 1999.
