TOKYO, Aug. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Johnson Controls, Inc. (NYSE: JCI) has announced an agreement with Mobil Sekiyu Kabushiki Kaisha, a Japanese subsidiary of Mobil Corporation (NYSE: MOB), for integrated facility management services.

This contract, which began in July 1998, is one of the first fully integrated management contracts of its kind in Japan, and the first in Japan for Johnson Controls. The company has formed a new Tokyo - based subsidiary, Johnson Controls Integrated Facility Management, to grow its facility management offering in the Japanese market.
