MIAMI -- Offering designer-quality fragrances at less than designer prices has enabled Dream Perfumes Corp. to thrive, according to managing director Ines Castro.
The U.S. distributor for Paris-based Ulric de Varens was founded in 1995 by Castro and her father Hugo Castro.
