Unique Clothing to Expand Broadway, Lafayette Stores
Unique Clothing Warehouse will expand its store at 726 Broadway, and an entrance on Lafayette Street and another 5,000 square feet of selling space devoted primarily to men's wear, president Richard Wolland told DNR.
The renovation, which will include a 50-foot storefront on Lafayette Street, is scheduled to be completed by the end of September, Wolland said. Lafayette runs parallel to Broadway, one block east. The storefront will eventually be expanded to 75 feet, the president said. This will bring the total selling space at that unit to 22,000 square feet.
