Triple Play
In Texas, where residential spaces are grand and decorating tends to be fancy, Edward Perrault's project for third-time clients represents more than another extravagant shopping spree. This Houston condominium was one that was planned, built, detailed and furnished from raw space; in scope it was not terribly unlike the completion of a house.
For space and security reasons the clients were trading an 8,500-sq.-ft. house for this 4,000-sq.-ft. 27th-floor penthouse.
