BSD, CLINI-THERM ANNOUNCE LITIGATION SETTLEMENT

DALLAS, July 23 /PRNewswire/ -- BSD Medical Corp. (NASDAQ: BSDM) and Clini-Therm Corp. (NASDAQ: CLIN, PSE: CLI) today announced jointly that all litigation pending between the two companies has been settled. BSD and Clini-Therm are the two leading companies in hyperthermia (the heat treatment of cancer).

Under terms of the settlement: (1) Clini-Therm will drop its suit in Texas state court seeking

to bar Victor A. Vaguine from employment as president and

chief executive officer of BSD. The agreed judgment

prohibits Vaguine from working in any technical capacity on
