With its downsizing complete, sifco turns away from forging
The "downturn planning" that Sifco Industries Inc. has been undertaking for nearly five years soon may come to an end.
That's the word from Sifco president and chief executive officer Kevin O'Donnell, who revealed plans to close the company's Presforge opertion in Cambridge, Ohio, within the next six months. He said it could be the last major reduction in forging operations by Sifco.
