AT THE OUTSET, it seemed as though the Capitol Hill drama critics were right on target in predicting that Martha Hesse's reconfirmation hearing last Thursday would be a poorly-attended yawner, but it turned out they were way off the mark.
The reconfirmation hearing of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission chairman was anything but a dull show.
