BLACK HAWK ACQUIRES ROBOLASE SYSTEMS
COSTA MESA, Calif., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- W.K. Ledgard Jr., chairman and president of Black Hawk Resources Co., and Christian Vahab, chairman and president of Robolase Systems Inc., today jointly announced that an agreement of merger between the two companies has been reached. The agreement calls for Black Hawk to acquire Robolase on the basis of a stock exchange.
