ROANOKE, Va., Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Commissioner of Customs William von Raab today told the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police that the United States could see a huge increase in drugs crossing the border if recent actions by drug dealers in Colombia are not reacted to immediately.
