LONDON, Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- The WCRS Group plc., one of the United Kingdom's largest advertising and communications groups, announced today it is to acquire 49 percent of Groupe Belier, France's No. 1 advertising and communications company -- a subsidiary of Eurocom SA.
In exchange, Eurocom will acquire a 20 percent interest in the worldwide advertising interests of WCRS, including WCRS Mathews Marcantonio and FCO in the United Kingdom, HBM/Creamer, Della Femina Travisano and ...
