PHILADELPHIA STOCK EXCHANGE TO BEGIN EVENING TRADING SEPT. 16
The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) will become the nation's first securities exchange to aggressively respond to the globalization of financial markets when it starts evening trading on Wednesday, Sept. 16.
The start of extended hours trading at PHLX is part of the official celebration of the 200th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution in Philadelphia. Joining PHLX officials for the opening ceremonies will be nationally and internationally recognized individuals from the business and financial communities.
