NEW YORK STATE FIRST TO ADOPT SMALL BUSINESS
ACTIVITIES DISCLOSURE REGULATION
NEW YORK, Sept. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Jill M. Considine, Superintendent of Banks and chairman of the Banking Board, annnounced today that the Banking Board had unanimously adopted a regulation requiring the disclosure of small business activities by regulated institutions.
General Regualtion, Part 18 (Small Business Activities Disclosure) requires banking institutions to submit an annual report to the Banking Department detailing their various financial services available to meet the needs of small business. The department will inventory this ...
