AMERICAN NURSES' ASSOCIATION APPALLED AT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES 'DISREGARD' FOR NURSING HOME QUALITY

WASHINGTON, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- In response to regulations released today by the Department of Health and Human Services to upgrade quality in nursing homes, American Nurses' Association President Margretta M.
