CAL FED INCOME PARTNERS ACQUIRES
TWO CALIFORNIA SHOPPING CENTERS
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Cal Fed Income Partners L.P. (NYSE: CFI), a Los Angeles-based master limited partnership, today announced that it has acquired Best Plaza Shopping Center in Pleasanton, Calif., for $12 million and Bristol Place Shopping Center in Santa Ana, Calif., for $16.4 million.
Best Plaza, located on a 14-acre site at the highly visible intersection of highways I-580 and I-680, contains 140,000 square feet and is 94 percent leased.
