KINGS ROAD ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES A PUBLIC OFFERING
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Kings Road Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ: KREN) and its affiliated limited partnership, Kings Road Film Partners I, L.P., today announced the "best efforts" offering of a minimum of 10,500 units to a maximum of 31,500 units.
Each unit is comprised of a secured subordinated debenture of Kings Road Entertainment, Inc. and a limited partnership interest in Kings Road Film Partners, I.,L.P.
The initial public offering price will be $1,000 per unit. FSC Securities Corporation will act as dealer manager of the offering.
