PHILADELPHIA, Oct. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Dr. Leon E. Rosenberg, dean of the Yale University School of Medicine and one of the nation's leading geneticists, today was elected to the board of directors of SmithKline Beckman Corp. (NYSE: SKB).
