MIRAMAR, Fla., Oct. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Water Sports Network, Inc. (OTC), and National Institute of Careers, Inc. (NASDAQ: NICE), today announced the execution of an agreement to merge Water Sports Network, Inc., into a subsidiary of National Institute of Careers, Inc., subject to several conditions including approval of the merger by the shareholders of Water Sports Network, Inc.
