The Cleveland Browns don't resume play until 1999, but The Sporting News Online (www.sportingnews.com) feels the pain of the thousands of Browns fans who are suffering without an NFL team. So, TSN Online has begun posting weekly team reports, hosting Browns message boards and offering Browns team gear in its online store.
