NEWPORT, R.I. (NNS) - The 114th Academic Convocation of the U.S. Naval War College (NWC) was held Aug. 18, 1998. VADM Arthur K. Cebrowski, president of the college, was the convocation speaker.
This convocation opens an exciting year at NWC. Cebrowski, who will lead the College into the 21st Century, spoke on his vision of the "New Naval War College for a New Era."
