Quark Inc. announced today that it has purchased a majority stake in Silent GmbH, allowing an entry into worldwide markets for the Germany-based software developer. Financial terms of the deal have not been released.
Silent is the parent company of Vision GmbH, a well-known German system integrator whose focus on the publishing and newspaper industries began in 1992.
