Sep. 14--KELLER, Texas--MINYARD BUYS LAND IN KELLER FOR SHOPPING CENTER: Coppell-based Minyard Food Stores has closed on a deal for 11.5 acres at the southeast corner of Rufe Snow Drive and Wilson Lane for development of a 97,697-square-foot shopping center that would be anchored by a 65,474-square-foot supermarket and include additional retail space and a fast-food restaurant.
Mark Howe of Howe/Wood Co. represented the seller, Oakmont Land One. David Colley of Henry S. Miller represented Minyards Properties.
