Sep. 18--IN PRINT: The number of cool gadgets for home businesses is growing. The September issue of Small Business Computing takes a quick look at some of the interesting ones recently released. Among them is the Novatel Minstrel, an 8-ounce modem for the PalmPilot. The Minstrel slips around the PalmPilot to create a new device no bigger than a cellular phone. It enables the PalmPilot to receive e-mail and surf the Web. A big difference between the Minstrel and a cellular phone is the price. The Minstrel costs $400.
