HARRISBURG, Pa., Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health today presented awards to several Western Pennsylvania health-care providers and praised the success of the Ridge Administration's "Love 'em with a Checkup" and "Special Kids Network" programs. Both programs help children and their families get health-care services.
