WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Playboy Magazine will continue to be sold under new Department of Defense guidelines implementing a law banning the sale of sexually explicit material on military bases. That is the ruling of the "Resale Activities Board of Review" which was established by the Department of Defense to implement the provisions of the Military Honor and Decency Act.
