KEY LARGO, Fla., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- TIB Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: TIBB), parent company of TIB Bank of the Keys, said today that TIB Bank has completed the acquisition of the Homestead banking facilities and Homestead account base of Coconut Grove Bank. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The branch, which has deposits of roughly $12 million, is located in south Dade County in the heart of Homestead at the corner of Cambell and Krome Avenue. This is TIB's second Homestead facility.
