BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 1998--A Boston police officer was sentenced late yesterday to 2 years and 10 months in prison after being convicted in federal court for perjury and obstructionof justice during a grand jury investigation of the unlawful beating of a fellow plain clothes police officer.
United States Attorney Donald K. Stern and Bill Lann Lee, Acting Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division, Department of Justice, announced that KENNETH M.
